Getting to Know Me: Voula Manousos

If we haven’t had the pleasure of meeting yet, allow me to introduce myself. I’m Voula Manousos, a registered dietitian based in Winchester, MA. While I cater to clients in the greater Boston area, I also offer virtual consultations to individuals across the United States.

  • Insoluble Fiber: This type doesn’t dissolve in water. It adds bulk to our stool, helping things move smoothly in our digestive system. Whole grains and veggies are good sources.

  • Keeps Things Moving: Ever felt ‘backed up’? Fiber helps prevent that by ensuring we have regular bowel movements.
